The Tucked Away Campus
Piper Manhattan Beach is our newest campus and fourth location, tucked into a quiet little neighborhood at 1340 11th Street. Once home to a beloved preschool of 50 years with Trinity Lutheran, the space has been completely reimagined… every inch was a decision, thoughtfully redesigned and updated to bring the signature Piper aesthetic to life.
When you arrive, you're greeted by our beautiful center courtyard, the heart of the campus, framed by classrooms that wrap around 3 sides. It’s a welcoming first glimpse into a space built for play, discovery, and community.
Piper MB features 8 meticulously designed classrooms for children from newborn through Pre-K/TK. Full-day programs begin at 18 months, with an environment tailored to feel warm, personal, and full of wonder.
Out back, the playground is taking shape into something truly special: a dynamic space with a climbing structure, garden, sandboxes, and soon-to-come highlights like a flowing creek and mini putting green (because, why not?).
As always, this campus offers a Parent Workspace lounge dedicated to adults and designed for parents who need a quiet spot to reset, work, or grab a moment of silence after drop-off.
