Piper Orange County, our third campus, is located at 8673 Irvine Center Drive, right in the heart of the Irvine Spectrum Center. With easy local access, plenty of parking, and a warm, modern design, this campus brings the Piper spirit to Orange County in a big big way.

Inside, you’ll find 9 beautifully curated classrooms serving children from 18 months through Pre-K/TK. Our full-day programs are designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and connection… all within a space that feels like a second home.

Stepping outside, the magic continues. The playground features a flowing creek, lush garden, sandboxes, a play structure, and an inspiring outdoor art studio… all designed to spark imagination, curiosity, and joyful learning through play.

And just like all our campuses, the signature Parent Workspace is here to welcome the grown-ups. Whether you’re working remotely, sipping a coffee, or simply zoning out for a few moments after drop-off, we’ve created a space just for you.
